Half of a supplier check comes from people
We always pull the registries, court records and licences, but that is only half of it. The other half is people: who has already worked with this factory, who sued them, who walked away and why, and who is really behind a trading company presenting itself as a manufacturer.
Twelve years of buying in Guangdong builds that circle on its own, and it is not something you can search for. So we do not arrive at a factory blind, and the inspector and the interpreter are our own people, not someone hired off a listing.

Questions
How fast can you check a supplier?
Desk check in 3-5 days. On-site audit within a week, depending on the region.
The speed comes from the network: we rarely start a check from zero, and in Guangdong there is usually someone we know who has already dealt with the factory.
Can I use only one service?
Yes. Everything is modular: take a single supplier check, or the full chain from sourcing to a working company.
Do I need to travel to China?
Usually no. Hong Kong and Singapore are fully remote. For a mainland WFOE, a visit may be needed at the bank stage.
