The same secretary, the same auditor, the same accountant
We do not pick auditors, company secretaries and accountants from scratch for every client. We have used the same ones for years, so timelines are predictable, the auditor invoice is not a surprise, and a disputed point is settled by a phone call instead of two weeks of email.
We keep the deadline calendar. When the auditor asks for a document, we know which one and in what form, because they have asked for it many times before.
Questions
Can I use only one service?
Yes. Everything is modular: take a single supplier check, or the full chain from sourcing to a working company.
Do you guarantee the bank account?
No one can: the bank decides. We prepare the file properly and part of our fee is success-based.
It also helps that we do not file blind: these banks know us, a borderline profile can be discussed before filing, and we are told the reason when an application is refused.
